About GROK
GROK are an improvisational collective with a core of four members, occasionally joined by guest musicians for recordings and performances. They fashion poppy, chaotic, unpredictable moments in time from raw instruments.
GROK releases include the album 'Create a diversion' in October 2011, which was released as part of an exhibition including over 30 artists, the single 'Song for Europe' in May 2008, and the album 'Ruined Music for Everyone' in July 2008.
GROK play live on a random basis. During 2010 they performed a number of live improvised soundtracks to silent films such as The Lodger and Nosferatu.
